WHAT I CAN OFFER YOU AND YOUR DOG
Whether you're struggling with reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, lead walking, recall, obedience or anything else I can bring together the skills, qualifications, and real-world experience needed to help you bring out the best in your dog, no matter their breed or background. Every dog is an individual. That’s why I don’t follow rigid training systems, or quick fixes. Instead, I build training around your dog’s needs, your lifestyle, and the reality of day-to-day life together using over 20 years of experience, and a knowledge of different training systems.
I strongly believe in the principles of balanced dog training, and this philosophy guides every session I deliver. By using a fair, clear, and well-rounded approach that combines positive reinforcement with appropriate corrections, we are able to communicate effectively with dogs and help them understand exactly what’s expected. This balanced method allows me to shape reliable behaviour, build confidence, and address even the most challenging issues.
TRAINING THAT FITS REAL LIFE
Dogs don’t live in training halls — they live in homes, share space with families, encounter other dogs and people, and navigate busy or unfamiliar environments. I like my training to reflect that reality. I offer a wide range of services, and often like to blend them to get the best results for the dog and their owner.

BEHAVIOUR DOESN'T EXIST IN ISOLATION
Daily routines, boundaries, fulfilment, and consistency all play a vital role in how a dog behaves. Your training may include guidance on:
-
Daily structure and routines.
-
Exercise, enrichment, and fulfilment.
-
Handling skills in everyday life.
-
Supporting dogs through change, pressure, or new environments.
For some dogs, training in a variety of environments — including public spaces, the family home or more challenging outdoor locations — is key to long-term progress.
